SmartXchange is a platform dedicated to the circulation of pre-owned items. You may not use the platform to sell:

• New, factory-sealed goods in commercial quantities.
• Items intended for primary retail distribution.
• Drop-shipped products or commercial inventory.

2. Prohibited Items

You may not list, trade, or sell any of the following on SmartXchange:

• Stolen Goods: Any item that you do not own or have the legal right to sell.
• Counterfeit Items: Fakes, replicas, or unauthorized copies of brand-name products.
• Communication & Devices: Mobile phones, pagers, tablets, and SIM cards.
• Valuables: Jewelry and precious stones.
• Health & Beauty: Beauty products (cosmetics) and medical products or devices.
• Restricted Goods: Tobacco products, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• Business Rights: Reselling private label rights (PLR) products.
• Medicines or prescription-only healthcare products.
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
• Expired cosmetics or used personal hygiene items.
• Hazardous materials or chemicals.
• Food items or perishable goods.
• Adult-oriented content or services.
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users.
• Spamming, phishing, or spreading malware.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access unauthorized data.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or limits.
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information in listings or profiles.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates this Policy. We may also report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
